  Similar to another reviewer, I was having trouble getting a hold of them by phone, however this is a much smaller practice which is understandable. For my needs, they've helpful and I really appreciate their follow up and professionalism. They were kind enough to explain what had happened and the delay I experienced made sense and was not their fault. Few places would take the time to reach out to remediate an issue and that truly meant a lot.
