  While Dr. Goodwin seemed to be a decent physician, his office staff and policies are terrible. I am an asthmatic, but have no other health problems. When I first started seeing Dr. Goodwin, he had no problems refilling my inhalers. After about a year or so, his office staff informed me of their new refill "policy". In order for them to refill ANY medications, you must be seen in the office every THREE months. That is insane. I have three small children at home, and it's not an easy thing for me to get to the Dr when I'm sick, let alone when I'm healthy and just need a refill. His staff was incredibly rude when I voiced my issue with their new policy. I then asked to have my records transferred to my new Dr. I wrote a letter with the new Dr's address and they said that they would send them over. They never reached my new Dr, and now I have to PAY for my own records to be sent again. The staff at Dr. Goodwin's office is completely incompetent.
